Start Here

Most people your age who reach out to us don't know exactly what they want to do. That's okay. That's honest. And it's a better starting point than pretending otherwise. Here's the truth: a resume at your stage can't do you justice. You haven't had the runway yet to build the kind of experience that jumps off a page. The hard part of being early in your career is that you need someone to take a chance on you so you can build that experience — and most companies aren't built to see past the paper. Well, we are. And we've built two honest ways in.

TWO DOORS

The light-touch way: bring someone you care about to us.

You probably know a small business owner whose website is holding them back. The coffee shop you go to every weekend that's stuck on a theme that doesn't fit them. The natural wine store whose site takes eight seconds to load. The magazine your friend runs whose WordPress install is one plugin update from collapse.

You see it because you care about them. You've probably already told them they should fix it. The problem is that fixing it is a real job — it takes professional guidance, real skill, and the understanding that their website is their business, not a side project.

That's what we do. So bring them to us.

If they become a client, we give you credit and we pay you — not as a sales commission, but as recognition that you helped a business you care about get the professional help they've been needing. That relationship can grow into something more if you want it to. Or it can stay what it is: you helping someone you know, getting paid for the introduction, moving on with your life.

The full-time way: apply for the Growth Partner role.

You want in. You want to learn how a business actually runs. You want to build something. This is the entry point — a sales role where you go out and find the meetings, we close the deals together, and you learn everything that happens after the intro call by being in the room for it.

Both are great options for someone starting out. You can start with one and move to the other, or stay where you are. Both pay. Both will teach you a lot.

NOT SURE WHICH?

If you want to work somewhere, pick the Growth Partner role.

If you want to be loosely connected and earn when it makes sense, become a Referral Partner.

If you're somewhere in between, apply for the Growth Partner role and tell us that in your submission — we'll talk it through.
