Render — Application hosting for our custom platform
Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions and invoicing
Memberstack — User authentication and account management for the client portal
Dropbox Sign (HelloSign) — Electronic signature processing for service agreements and statements of work
Dropbox — Secure file storage for signed documents and client deliverables
ClickUp — Project management and task tracking for client engagements
Slack — Internal team notifications and workflow automation (client data is not stored in Slack)
Resend — Transactional email delivery for account notifications, onboarding communications, and system alerts
Cal.com — Scheduling for strategy sessions and client meetings
Pirsch — Privacy-respecting website analytics (no cookies, no personal tracking)
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Ever. We may also share information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Reformer, our clients, or others.

After your engagement ends, we retain records for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time, and we will process your request in accordance with applicable law.

Data SecurityWe protect your information using industry-standard security measures, including:
Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
Access restricted to team members who need it to perform their duties
No direct storage of payment card information (handled entirely by Stripe)
Regular review of security practices and third-party tool configurations
Row-level security on database records
