The Real Talk

We're not looking for someone with 10 years of experience and a perfect GitHub. We're looking for someone who's hungry, curious, and genuinely excited about building things with technology.

Reformer is a digital agency that runs on a conversational AI platform — the entire client experience is a chat with an AI assistant powered by Claude. Behind that chat is a real platform: Node.js, Express, React, Supabase, and a stack of integrations that make everything work together. It's not theoretical. It's live. Clients use it every day.

We need someone to help build and maintain that platform.

What You'd Actually Do

• Write backend code in Node.js / Express — API endpoints, webhooks, database queries
• Build and improve features in React — the chat UI, client dashboards, admin tools
• Work with Supabase (PostgreSQL) — migrations, queries, data modeling
• Connect things together — Stripe, ClickUp, Close CRM, Twilio, Slack, Resend
• Ship code that goes live the same day — we deploy on every push to main
• Break things, fix things, learn from it

What We Actually Need From You

Character over credentials. Seriously.

• You can write JavaScript and you enjoy it
• You've built something — a side project, a school project, a thing you were proud of
• You're comfortable Googling what you don't know (that's 90% of this job for everyone)
• You communicate — when you're stuck, you say so. When you have an idea, you share it
• You want to get better, not just get paid

What We Don't Need

• A CS degree (nice to have, not required)
• 5 years of React experience
• A perfect portfolio
• Someone who already knows everything

What You'll Learn Here

This isn't a "fetch coffee and watch" internship. You'll be writing production code from week one. You'll learn:

• How a real SaaS platform works end-to-end
• AI integration (we use Claude's API extensively — MCP servers, streaming, embeddings)
• How to ship fast without breaking things (CI/CD, staging environments, Render deployments)
• Working with real clients and real stakes
• The entire modern web stack — not just one corner of it

Node.js, Express, React 18, Vite, Supabase (PostgreSQL), Cloudflare, Render, Stripe, Claude API, ClickUp, Close CRM, Twilio, Resend, Slack webhooks, GitHub Actions
