wanna work at Reformer?
Infrastructure & Automation Developer
We manage websites, domains, DNS, email, and performance monitoring for our clients. We need someone who looks at a repetitive task and thinks: "Why isn't this automated?" You don't need to be a senior DevOps engineer — you need to be the kind of person who writes a script instead of doing the same thing twice.
The Real Talk
We manage websites, domains, DNS, email, and performance monitoring for our clients. Right now, a lot of that is manual. We need someone who looks at a repetitive task and thinks: "Why isn't this automated?"
You don't need to be a senior DevOps engineer. You need to be the kind of person who writes a script instead of doing the same thing twice.
Reformer is a digital agency powered by AI. We build and manage web properties for businesses — that means domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, CDN configs, performance tracking, and keeping everything running smooth across a growing number of client sites.
What You'd Actually Do
- Automate domain setup — we use Cloudflare for DNS, SSL, and CDN. Right now it takes hours. You'll make it take minutes
- Build monitoring tools — track site speed, uptime, and Core Web Vitals across all client domains
- Write scripts that do the boring stuff — Node.js, Bash, whatever gets the job done
- Manage infrastructure on Render (hosting), Cloudflare (edge/DNS), and Supabase (database)
- Set up alerting — when something breaks or slows down, we should know before the client does
- Help us scale from ~20 managed domains to 100+
What We Actually Need From You
- You like scripting and automation — Node.js, Python, Bash, you pick
- You understand (or want to learn) how DNS, domains, and SSL work
- You're comfortable in a terminal — not afraid of the command line
- You're a problem solver — you see something broken and you want to fix it, not just report it
- You communicate — you tell people what's happening and what you need
What We Don't Need
- AWS/GCP certifications
- 5 years of Kubernetes experience
- A DevOps title on your resume
What You'll Learn Here
- How web infrastructure actually works — DNS, CDN, SSL, email routing, the whole picture
- Cloudflare's full stack — Workers, Pages, DNS API, caching rules
- How to build real automation that saves hours every week
- Monitoring and observability for production systems
- How a growing agency scales its technical operations
The Tools (You Don't Need To Know All of These Yet)
Node.js, Bash, Cloudflare API, Render, Supabase, PostgreSQL, GitHub Actions, PageSpeed Insights API
How To Apply
- A note about yourself — who you are, what gets you excited, why automation matters to you
- Something you've built or automated — a script, a tool, a workflow, a bot, anything
- Your LinkedIn or resume (optional)
