What did we do?
Working with Carmichael Lynch's CFO and Subaru, designed a team that fit the budget and long-term goals. Trained a core team of 12 FTEs for 2 months on the proprietary platform, then scaled to 50 FTEs across capabilities management, project management, technical leads, front-end and back-end development, and quality engineering.

What did we take away from this experience?
It's better to invest in your company when everyone is hiding, rolling up the welcome mat and bunkering down because the marketshare is yours for the taking during that period of time.
