What did we do?
Built a new responsive, widget-based design on a scalable open-source .NET CMS (Umbraco). Reusable widgets let content managers create and update content across all site templates. Introduced innovative applications such as geolocation-based targeting, which proved successful in increasing customer acquisition. Expanded the relationship to include all aspects of Digital Strategy, CRM responsibilities, Email Marketing, and Social Media management.

What did we take away from this experience?
