wanna work at Reformer?
jr. Designer Web(flow)
We build websites in Webflow. Not templates we slap a logo on — real, custom websites for real businesses. We don't care if you're a "Webflow expert" yet. We care if you have an eye for design, understand the web, and want to build beautiful things.
Here's the deal
We build websites in Webflow. Not templates we slap a logo on — real, custom websites for real businesses. We need someone who can design and build them.
We don't care if you're a "Webflow expert" yet. We care if you have an eye for design, understand the web, and are the type of person who looks at a beautiful site and thinks "I want to build that."
If you know Webflow — great. If you're a designer willing to learn Webflow — even better. We'll teach you.
WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO
- Design and build websites in Webflow, from layout to launch
- Work within our design system — colors, typography, spacing, components
- Build responsive sites that look great on every device
- Create CMS-driven pages — blog templates, case studies, dynamic collections
- Collaborate with developers when custom code is needed
- Iterate based on feedback from clients, the team, and the data
- Maintain client sites — updates, new pages, design tweaks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Taste — you know when something looks good and can articulate why
- Visual thinking — you sketch, wireframe, prototype
- Care for details — spacing, alignment, typography, micro-interactions
- Willingness to learn — Webflow, Figma, our design system, client industries
- Feedback tolerance — design is subjective, you don't take notes personally
- A bias toward shipping — a good design in production beats a perfect one in Figma
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)
Webflow experience, Figma skills, basic HTML/CSS, animation, photography/video
WHAT YOU WON'T NEED
A design degree. Five years of agency experience. A Dribbble full of shots that never got built.
OUR STACK
Webflow, Figma, Cloudflare, Claude AI, Github
HOW TO APPLY
We don't want your resume. Here's why →
Instead, we want to see you think. Pick any small business website you think is bad. Rebuild one page of it in Webflow. Send us:
- The original site URL
- Your Webflow share link (read-only)
- A short note: What was broken? What did you change? What would you do with another week?
- A short video walkthrough/pitch (5 min or less) — walk us through the original site, what you changed, and why. Loom or similar works great. Send a link, not a file.
Keep it under 2–4 hours. Part of what we're looking at is how you scope.
Send it all to careers@reformer.la with the subject line "Designer application — [your name]."
Some of the best designers we know started by rebuilding sites they admired in Webflow for fun. If that sounds like something you'd do on a Saturday — you're going to love it here.
