jr. Designer Web(flow)

We build websites in Webflow. Not templates we slap a logo on — real, custom websites for real businesses. We don't care if you're a "Webflow expert" yet. We care if you have an eye for design, understand the web, and want to build beautiful things.

The Real Talk

We build websites in Webflow. Not templates we slap a logo on — real, custom websites for real businesses. And we need someone who can design and build them.

Here's the thing: we don't care if you're a "Webflow expert" yet. We care if you have an eye for design, if you understand the web, and if you're the type of person who can look at a beautiful site and think "I want to build that."

If you know Webflow — great, you're ahead. If you're a designer who's willing to learn Webflow — even better. We'll teach you.

Reformer is a digital agency that builds and manages websites for businesses. Our design system is built in Webflow, our marketing site runs on Webflow, and every client site we build starts in Webflow. It's the center of what we do visually.

What You'd Actually Do

  • Design and build websites in Webflow — from layout to launch
  • Work within our design system — colors, typography, spacing, components (we have tokens for all of it)
  • Build responsive — every site needs to look great on desktop, tablet, and mobile. No exceptions
  • Create CMS-driven pages — blog templates, case studies, dynamic content collections
  • Collaborate with developers — some features need custom code. You'll work alongside our dev team
  • Iterate based on feedback — from clients, from the team, from data. Design is never "done"
  • Maintain client sites — content updates, new pages, design tweaks

What We Actually Need From You

  • You have taste — you know when something looks good and when it doesn't. You can articulate why
  • You're a visual thinker — you sketch, you wireframe, you prototype. You think in layouts
  • You care about details — spacing, alignment, typography, micro-interactions. The small stuff matters
  • You're willing to learn — Webflow, Figma, our design system, client industries
  • You can take feedback — design is subjective. You don't take critiques personally
  • You ship — a good design in production beats a perfect design in Figma

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Webflow experience (even personal projects)
  • Figma skills
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (Webflow generates this — knowing it helps)
  • Animation / interaction design
  • Photography or video editing skills

What We Don't Need

  • A design degree (show us your work instead)
  • 5 years of agency experience
  • Pixel-perfect Dribbble shots that were never built

What You'll Learn Here

  • Webflow inside and out — from the designer to the CMS to custom code integrations
  • Design systems — how to build and maintain one across multiple client sites
  • Client-facing design — how to take a business need and turn it into a visual solution
  • Responsive design — real responsive, not just "it shrinks"
  • SEO-friendly design — structure, speed, accessibility
  • Working with developers — how design and code meet in the real world
  • AI-assisted design workflows — we use AI tools to speed up everything

Our Design Stack

Webflow (design + build), Figma (wireframes + handoff), Cloudflare (hosting + CDN), Relume (component library), Claude AI (content + ideation)

How To Apply

  1. Something you've designed — a website, a mockup, a Figma file, a Webflow project, even a Canva creation. Show us you think visually
  2. A note about yourself — what kind of design excites you? What sites do you admire and why?
  3. Your LinkedIn, portfolio, or Behance (optional)

Some of the best designers we know started by rebuilding sites they admired in Webflow for fun. If that sounds like something you'd do on a Saturday — you're going to love it here.
